Welcome to the INSPIRE Luxury Hotel Conference, presented by the International Luxury Hotel Association (ILHA)! This also includes Luxury Hotel Network, Luxury Hotel Incorporated, and International Luxury Hotel Association. We’re excited to have you join us for this fantastic event. The INSPIRE Luxury Hotel Conference will be taking place in Miami at the Eden Roc Hotel. By registering for or attending the INSPIRE Luxury Hotel Conference, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. So, let’s get started!

REGISTRATION

To attend the INSPIRE Luxury Hotel Conference, you’ll need to register and pay any applicable fees. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

CHANGES TO THE CONFERENCE

We reserve the right to make any changes to the INSPIRE Luxury Hotel Conference program, schedule, speakers, or venue without prior notice. We will make our best effort to notify attendees of any changes, but we are not liable for any inconvenience or expense resulting from such changes.

AGE LIMITATIONS

Attendees must be at least 18 years of age to attend the INSPIRE Luxury Hotel Conference and all related events. If you’d like to request an exception to this, you’ll need to send your request in writing to [email protected]. You must be at least 21 years of age to drink alcohol, and you’ll show us a valid ID if we ask. All drinking should be done responsibly.

PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO AND AUDIO RECORDING

Unless we notify you otherwise, you’re permitted to take screenshots, photos, videos, or audio recordings (collectively, “recordings”) of most sessions at the INSPIRE Luxury Hotel Conference, as long as you comply with these terms.

These recordings might include content or material protected by copyrights, trademarks, or other rights which we own or license. Other than for your personal use, you are not allowed to copy, reproduce, publish, or distribute the recordings without our written permission.

We allow and encourage you to disseminate the recordings through social media, as long as the clips aren’t more than one minute in length, and you are otherwise in compliance with these terms. However, you agree not to use any recordings in a way that is misleading, disparaging, or violates applicable law, and you will comply with any requests we make to discontinue the use of recordings.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

By attending the INSPIRE Luxury Hotel Conference, you acknowledge that the event is held at the Eden Roc Hotel and you are responsible for booking your accommodations and covering any associated costs.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the updated terms at https://theilha.com/inspire-2023/inspire-terms-and-conditions/. The updated terms will become effective and binding immediately, unless otherwise stipulated. We encourage you to review these terms periodically. If you don’t agree to these terms, you shouldn’t register for the INSPIRE Luxury Hotel Conference.

CODE OF CONDUCT

By attending the INSPIRE Luxury Hotel Conference, you agree to adhere to the event’s Code of Conduct. The INSPIRE Luxury Hotel Conference is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all attendees, speakers, sponsors, staff, and volunteers. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the event without refund. Violations of this policy may also result in the offender being barred from future INSPIRE Luxury Hotel Conference events. If you experience or witness any form of misconduct, please notify a member of the event staff immediately.

We request that no attendees attempt to solicit any other attendees at the event. If you are a vendor and are looking to meet Hoteliers and potential buyers, we request that you enquire about exhibiting by mailing [email protected]. 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

If you need to cancel your registration for the INSPIRE Luxury Hotel Conference, you must submit your request in writing to [email protected]. 

Before 10 October:

• Cancel for any reason and get 100% refund
• Transfer your registration at anytime for free

After 10 October:

• Cancel for any reason within 24hrs of registering and get 100% refund
• Transfer your registration anytime for free

FORCE MAJEURE

The INSPIRE Luxury Hotel Conference and the International Luxury Hotel Association (ILHA) shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental, or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, pandemics, the availability of the venue or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of the INSPIRE Luxury Hotel Conference or its subcontractors.

GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in connection with any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or your attendance at the INSPIRE Luxury Hotel Conference.
