Attending from outside the USA?

Should you be attending INSPIRE from outside the USA, upon registration for your pass, you will receive an e-mail with a link to obtain an invitation letter. This Letter of Invitation is to be used for the purpose of securing a visa to attend INSPIRE 2024 Conference. Attendees’ registration, travel, lodging, and any other expenses incurred to attend this meeting will not be covered or waived by the ILHA. Please note that ILHA cannot guarantee or assist with the obtaining of any visas or other travel documentation required for entry into the United States.

ABOUT YOUR TICKET PURCHASE

 

REGISTRATION

Once you complete your registration to INSPIRE, you will receive a confirmation email containing a registration number. Keep this email handy as you may need it to make changes to your registration. You can also easily purchase all the passes you need in a single order or register for INSPIRE even if you don’t know yet who from your team will be attending. 

 

TRANSFERRING AND CANCELLING A PASS

We understand life happens. You can transfer your INSPIRE pass to someone at any time prior to the event. You can get a full refund on your pass until October 10, 2024. After October 10, 2024, we will only provide a refund if you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase.
