The promoter of this competition is The International Luxury Hotel Association.

The competition is open to all individuals aged 18 years or over, except employees of The International Luxury Hotel Association and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.

The competition will run from August 17th. 2023 to October 31st, 2023. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

To enter the competition, participants must complete the following steps: a. Like and share the specified post on Instagram and LinkedIn. b. Comment on the post using the hashtag #ILHAInspire and explain why you would like to attend Inspire.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received for any reason whatsoever.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The prizes are as follows:

• 10 tickets to the Inspire Conference at Eden Roc Miami on December 11-12.

The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received and will be notified via direct message on LinkedIn or Instagram within 10 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 15 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash, transportation, or other alternatives will be offered. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

The prize does not include travel to or from the Inspire Conference, accommodation, or any other expenses incurred with attending the event. The prize solely consists of the 10 tickets to the Inspire Conference at Eden Roc Miami on December 11-12.

The winners are solely responsible for arranging and covering the costs associated with travel, accommodation, meals, and any other expenses incurred in relation to attending the Inspire Conference.

The promoter will not be liable for any costs, damages, or liabilities incurred by the winners or any other individuals in relation to attending the Inspire Conference.

The winners are advised to ensure they have appropriate travel insurance and comply with any health and safety requirements at the Inspire Conference.

The promoter reserves the right to request proof of travel insurance and/or any other relevant documentation from the winners before providing the tickets.

The winners may be required to sign a separate agreement or release form provided by the promoter or the Inspire Conference organizers, acknowledging their acceptance of the tickets and assuming any risks associated with attending the event.

The promoter will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the winners or any other individuals as a result of attending the Inspire Conference.

The promoter will not be responsible for any changes, cancellations, or rescheduling of the Inspire Conference or any related events. Any such changes will be subject to the terms and conditions set by the Inspire Conference organizers.

By accepting the tickets, the winners agree to release and hold harmless the promoter from any and all claims, liabilities, or actions arising out of or in connection with attending the Inspire Conference.

The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or inappropriate behavior in relation to the competition or the Inspire Conference.

The promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition, including the eligibility of participants and the selection of winners, is final and binding.

These additional terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with the original terms and conditions stated above. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, these additional terms and conditions will prevail.

By entering this competition, participants agree to allow the promoter to use their name and entry for promotional purposes.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the United States of America’s law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America.
